SIMULASI METODE PENUGASAN DAN TRANSPORTASI UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN RISET OPERASIONAL BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

Operations research is a
series of analysis and mathematical modeling for
decision-making purposes. Assignment and
transportation method was used in this operations
research. Assignment method is the method used
to allocate tasks optimally, whether it is in the
term of maximization or minimization.
Transportation method is the method used to
distribute goods from sources of supply to
destinations to get a shipping cost as minimum as
possible. Web assignment and transportation
method is a method designed to help the users to
work in the assignment or transportation. The aim
of this study was to design and implement an
application that could do the calculation of
assignment or transportation method by providing
a way of assignment or calculation method of
transportation to find the optimum results.
The web-page development of
assignment and transportation method used the
model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design,
Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).
The developed web-page consists of four menus
include beranda, penugasan, transportasi and
tentang.
The results of this research show that the
design and the implementation of assignment and
transportation method’s web-page have been
successfully performed without an error. The webpage
of assignment and transportation method was
designed by using a functional model of a
flowchart, which is implemented in the
programming language of PHP.
