SURVEI DESKRIPTIF FAKTOR MOTIVASI MEMASUKI DUNIA KERJA TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA SMK NEGERI DI BIDANG TIK SE-BALI TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015

Abstract


Abstrak-- Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara deskriptif faktor motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri di bidang TIK se-Bali tahun ajaran 2014/2015.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMK Negeri di bidang TIK se-Bali tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah sampel 333 orang siswa. Penarikan sampel untuk penelitian ini berdasarkan Teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sanpling. Data penelitian dihimpun menggunakan angket dan dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif untuk masing-masing tingkat gender. Interpretasi terhadap data dilakukan berdasarkan besaran persentase jawaban responden.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada responden laki-laki dan responden perempuan memiliki motivasi memasuki dunia kerja tinggi terhadap kesiapan kerja atau sebesar 49.67% dan 50.41%. Persentase responden laki-laki dan responden perempuan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 58.43% dan 62.4%. Faktor motivasi memasuki dunia kerja yang dominan pada responden laki-laki dan responden perempuan adalah faktor desakan dan dorongan lingkungan yaitu 52.31% untuk responden laki-laki dan 52.81% untuk responden perempuan. Sedangkan ciri-ciri kesiapan kerja yang dominan yaitu mempunyai ambisi untuk responden laki-laki sebesar 62.66% dan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan untuk responden perempuan sebesar 71.3%.

Abstract-- This study aimed at analyzing motivation factor of entering work world toward work readiness of SMK Negeri students in the field ICT in Bali in the academic year 2014/2015.
This study was a survey study which use descriptive method. The population of this study was 333 students. The sample withdrawal of this study was based on Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive analysis method for each level of gender. The interpretation toward the data was conducted based on the percentage of the respondents answer.
Based the result conducted on male and female respondents, the motivation in entering work world toward working readiness were 49.67% and 50.41%. The percentage of male and female respondents toward working readiness was 58.43% and 62.4%. The dominant factors of motivation on entering work world on male and female respondents were insistence and encouragement of environment factors that were 52.31% for male and 52.81% for female. The dominant characteristics of working readiness for male respondents were having ambitions that were 62.66%. Meanwhile, for the female respondents were the ability of adapting with society that was 71.3%.
