Legalitas Akta Notaris Berbasis Cyber Notary Sebagai Akta Otentik sebagai perkembangan dunia Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (Information Comunication Technology) sebagai tuntutan terhadap peran notaris dalam menggunakan konsep cyber notary agar tercipta suatu pelayanan jasa yang cepat, tepat dan efesien, sehingga mampu mempercepat laju pertumbuhan ekonomi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dan Undang- Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, namun dalam keadaad dewasa ini Akta notaris yang menggunakan cyber notarytidak memiliki pembuktian yang sempurna layaknya akta otentik, hal tersebut karena akta notaris dengan menggunakan cyber notary tersebut tidak memenuhi syarat keotentikan suatu akta yang tertuang dalam Pasal 1868 KUHPerdata
