JKH is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes scientific articles in the field of law. The published articles are the results of original scientific research and review of legal interactions. JKH is published by Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha Singaraja. JKH accepts any manuscripts or articles in the field of law or legal studies from both national and international academicians and researchers. JKH is published two times a year (in February and August). 

JKH was first published in 2012 and has been published consistently two times a year in Febuary and Agust. JKH is accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, Republic of Indonesia, which is ranked Third (Rank 4, Sinta 4) based on Decree No. 21/E/KPT/2018.

JKH publishes articles that emphasize research in the field of legal science. All manuscripts will be previewed by the editor and if appropriate, sent for blind peer review. JKH has become a member of CrossRef with DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23887 so that all articles published by JKH are original, not previously or simultaneously published elsewhere.
