EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING SIMBOLIK DAN TEKNIK DISENSITISASI SISTEMATIS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFIKASI DIRI AKADEMIK SISWA KELAS X TATA KECANTIKAN SMK NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) efektivas konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling simbolik untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik siswa (2) efektivitas konselig behavioral dengan teknik disensitisasi sistematis untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik siswa, (3) perbedaan efektivas antara konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling simbolik dan konseling behavioral teknik disensitisasi sistematis efikasi diri akademik siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TK 1 dan 2 yang berjumlah 71 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 18 orang siswa yang memiliki efikasi diri akademik yang rendah. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner efikasi diri akademik rendah. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Independent sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) konseling behavioral teknik modeling simbolik efektif untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik siswa,hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (8,098>2,228), (2) ) konseling behavioral teknik disensitisasi sistematis efektif untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik siswa, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (7,473>2,228), (3) perbedaan efektivitas antara siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik modeling simbolik dengan siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik disensitisasi sistematis untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel(89,83>2,228). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling behavioral teknik simbolik modeling dan teknik disensitisasi sistematisefektif untuk meningkatkanefikasi diri akademik siswa kelas X TK 1 dan 2 SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral, Modeling Simbolik , Disensitisasi Sistematis, efikasi diri akademik
This study aims to determine: (1) effectiveness behavioral counseling with modeling techniques symbolic to increase self-efficacy of academic students (2) the effectiveness of konselig behavioral techniques were sensitized systematically to increase the self-efficacy of academic students, (3) the difference effectiveness between behavioral counseling by modeling techniques symbolic and behavioral counseling techniques systematically sensitized student's academic self-efficacy. This research is a quasi-experimental design with pretest posttest control group design. The study population was class X TK 1 and 2 totaling 71 people. Samples were taken using purposive sampling with total sample of 18 students who have low academic self-efficacy. Collecting data in this study using low academic self-efficacy questionnaire. Data analysis method used is Independent samples t-test. The results showed that: (1) behavioral counseling modeling techniques symbolic effective way to improve self-efficacy of academic students, this can be seen from the analysis tcount greater than t table (8.098> 2.228), (2)) behavioral counseling techniques were sensitized systematic effective to increase self-efficacy of academic students, this can be seen from the analysis tcount greater than t table (7.473> 2.228), (3) the difference in effectiveness between students who receive treatment counseling behavioral modeling techniques symbolic with students who receive treatment behavioral counseling techniques were sensitized systematically to increase academic self-efficacy, it can be seen from the analysis tcount greater than ttable (89.83> 2.228). This shows that behavioral counseling symbolic modeling techniques and techniques were sensitized sistematis efektif for academic self- efficacy class X TK 1 and 2 SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja.
