FOCUS
This journal focuses on publishing research, theoretical studies, and best practices in the field of guidance and counseling. It aims to provide insights into various psychological, social, and educational issues that affect individuals across different age groups. The journal emphasizes the role of counseling in promoting mental health, academic success, career development, and personal growth through various counseling interventions and methodologies, with a particular emphasis on the Indonesian context and global perspective.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:

School-Based Guidance and Counseling
This scope includes research on the implementation of counseling services in educational settings, particularly in primary, secondary, and higher education institutions. It covers topics such as academic stress management, student motivation, the role of school counselors in addressing behavioral and emotional challenges, and interventions to improve students’ learning outcomes. Additionally, it explores the effectiveness of different counseling techniques, such as individual and group counseling, in helping students navigate their academic and personal lives. -
Career and Vocational Counseling
This area focuses on the role of guidance and counseling in career planning, vocational aspirations, and career decision-making processes. It includes studies on career maturity, self-efficacy in career choices, and the impact of career guidance on students’ and professionals’ future success. Research on the application of career development theories, the effectiveness of career counseling models, and the influence of demographic and psychological factors on career decision-making is also covered. -
