PENGARUH PELATIHAN LATERAL CONE HOPS DAN DEPHT JUMP TERHADAP POWER OTOT TUNGKAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan klateral cone hops dan depth jump terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 orang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan lateral cone hops dan depth jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 dan 0,000 (Sig < 0,05). Berdasarkan uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan dan pelatihan lateral cone hops mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan depth jump dengan mean difference sebesar 3,04000. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan lateral cone hops dan depth jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan serta pelatihan lateral cone hops mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan depht jump.Kata Kunci : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan klateral cone hops dan depth jump terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. This research was done to know the effect of lateral cone hops and depth jump training to the leg muscle strenght escalation. this kind of research is a real experiment research with program the randomized pretest postest control groups design. the research sample used was 36 people which choosen with random sampling technique. the strenght of leg muscle measured by vertical jump test and analysis data with UJI-T Independent, One Way UJI-Anava, and UJI Least Significant Different (LSD). At significant rate (α) 0,05 with the help of SPSS 16.0. The result of analysis data with UJI-T Independent showed that lateral cone hops and depth jump training take effect to the leg muscle strenght with significant value 0,001 and 0,000 (Sig < 0,05). Based on One Way UJI-Anava and UJI Least Significant Different (LSD), showed that there are differences effect between both training and lateral cone hops training have a better result than depth jump training with mean difference 3,04000. Based on the research result, the conclusion is lateral cone hops and depth jump training hava an effect to leg muscle strength escalation and there is a different effect between the two training also lateral cone hops training have a better effect than depth jump training.
