PENGARUH PELATIHAN QUICK LEAP DAN LOMPAT KATAK TERHADAP PENINGKATAN DAYA LEDAK OTOT TUNGKAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas XI SMP Negeri 2 Payangan. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan “ The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa putra kelas XI SMP Negeri 2 Payangan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tes standing broad jump untuk mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai. Data dianalisis dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji anava satu jalur pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05 sebesar 0,00 sehingga hipotesis terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, pelatihan quick leap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 13.80, pelatihan lompat katak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 26.30, dan pelatihan lompat katak mempunyai pengaruh lebih baik dari pada quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 12.50. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, dan pelatihan lompat katak lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan quick leap, pelatihan lompat katak, daya ledak otot tungkai.
This study is aimed at determining the effect of quick leap and leap frog in improving men’s leg muscle explosive power of the ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Payangan. This experiment study used “The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. The samples of the study were the ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Payangan in the academic year 2012/2013. The instrument was test of standing broad jump to measure the leg muscle explosive power. The data was analyzed by one way ANAVA α = 0.05 through SPSS 16.0. The result of the analysis showed that in the variable of leg muscle explosive the significant value = 0.00 α = 0.05, the hypothesis of there is different between quick leap and frog leap in improving leg muscle explosive is accepted. (1) Based on the LSD test, quick leap and frog leap affect the leg muscle explosive with mean different 13.80. (2) Frog leap training improves the leg muscle explosive, mean difference 26.30. (3) Frog leap training is better than quick leap in improving leg muscle explosive, mean difference 12.50. Based on data analysis and the discussion, it can be concluded that (1) quick leap training and frog leap affect leg muscle explosive; (2) there is different between quick leap training and frog leap in the improvement of leg muscle explosive; (3) frog leap training is better than quick leap in improving leg muscle explosive.
