PENGARUH PELATIHAN KNEE TUCK JUMP DAN SPLIT JUMP TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KELENTUKAN DAN POWER OTOT TUNGKAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan knee tuck jump dan split jump terhadap peningkatan kelentukan dan daya power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan the non randomized pre-test post-tes control group design. Sampel penelitian 39 orang. Data kelentukan diukur dengan tes sit and reach dan power otot tungkai diukur dengan tes standing droad jump, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji anava satu arah pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variabel kelentukan. Kelompok pelatihan knee tuck jump sebesar 2,42, pada kelompok pelatihan spli jump sebesar 3,84,. Pada variabel power otot tungkai juga mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata. Kelompok pelatihan knee tuck jump sebesar 25,46, pada kelompok pelatihan split jump sebesar 18,38. Dari perbedaan rata-rata yang didapatkan pada kedua kelompok pelatihan tersebut maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan knee tuck jump dan split jump terhadap peningkatan kelentukan dan power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata maka kelompok pelatihan split jump lebih baik untuk meningkatkan kelentukan. Sedangkan, kelompok pelatihan knee tuck jum lebih baik untuk meningkatkan power otot tungkai.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, (1) pelatihan knee tuck jump dan split jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelentukan. (2) pelatihan knee tuck jump dan split jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (4) Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan knee tuck jump dan pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan kelentukan. (5) Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan knee tuck jump dan pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, kelentukan, power, otot tungkai.
This study aims to know the effect of practicing knee tuck jump and split jump in improving the flexibility and muscle power of leg. Type of this research is experimental research and structuring by randomized pre-test control group design. The sample of this research is 39 persons. The data are measured by test sit and reach, and then muscle power is tested by standing broad jump test. The data were analyzed by one direction anava to significant a (a) 0, 05 by helping SPSS program 16,0. The result of this study shows that, there is significant mean point to the flexible variable. The group of practicing knee tuck jump about 2, 24, and the group of practicing split jump is 3,84. The variable muscle power leg is also improved in mean point. The group of knee tuck jump is 25,46, and practicing split jump is 18,38. From the differences of mean point to both of practicing group, there is significant differences between practicing knee tuck jump and split jump in improving the flexibility and muscle power leg. Based on the improvement of mean point, group of practicing split jump is better to improve the flexsibility. On the other hand, group of practicing knee tuck jump is better to improve muslce power. In conclusion, (1) Practicing knee tuck jump and split jump are affected the flexibility. (2) Practicing knee tuck jump and split jump are affected to improve muslce power leg. (3) There is significant differences between practicing knee tuck jump and practicing split jump to improve the flexibility. (4) There is a significant difference between practicing knee tuck jump and practicing split jump in improving muslce power leg.
