PENGARUH CIRCUIT TRAINING TERHADAP KELINCAHAN DAN DAYA LEDAK OTOT TUNGKAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh circuit training terhadap kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 orang dari populasi 79 orang yang dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok. Kelincahan di ukur dengan menggunakan tes lari illinois agility dan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan tes vertical jump. Data dari kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai didapatkan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Deskripsi data menunjukan terjadi peningkatan terhadap kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai. Pada kelincahan kelompok perlakuan terjdai peningkatan sebesar 0,91 (pretest=19.92 dan postes=19.01) dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,49 (pretest=19.73 dan postes=19.27). sedangkan pada daya ledak otot tungkai terjadi peningkatan pada kelompok perlakuan sebesar 8,20 (pretest=54.55 dan postes=62.75) dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 3,75 (pretest=55.45 dan postes=59.20). Berdasarkan hasil uji t-independent variabel kelincahan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,000 dan variabel daya ledak otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,00. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “circuit training berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai” diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa: (1). Circuit training berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra kelas X SMA Laborturium Undiksha. (2). Circuit training berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas X SMA Laborturium Undiksha. Bagi guru olahraga, pelatih, Pembina serta atlet dapat menggunakan circuit training sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kelincahan dan daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : circuit training, kelincahan, daya ledak
This study aimed to investigated the effect on cicrcuit training agility and leg muscle power. The research sample 40 people taken from 79 population were randomly devide into two group: circuit training group and control group. Agility measured using illinois agility and leg muscle power measured using vertical jump test. Agility and leg muscle power datas were collected before and after of training and then data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0. The data description showed improvement on agility and leg muscle power component. Experimental group had increase by 0.91 (pretes is 19.92 and posttest is 19.01) on agility component, and control group had increase by 0.46 (pretes is 19.73 and posttest is 19.27) on agility component. Meanwhile for leg muscle power, the experimental group had increase by 8.20 (pretest is 54.55 and posttest is 62.75) and control group had increase by 3.75 (pretest is 55.45 and posttest is 59.20) on leg muscle power. Based on t-test result found their are effect of circuit training on afility and leg muscle power. The significant of t test: agility component sig=0.000 (Sig <0.05) and leg muscle power sig=0.000 (Sig <0.05). So then the research hypothesis “circuit training had effect on agility and power of leg muscle“ accepted. From the analysis of data and discussion is concluded that: (1). Circuit training effect the increased agility in 10th grade boys of SMA Laboratorium Undiksha. (2). Circuit training effect on the increase in power of leg muscle in 10th grade boys of SMA Laboratorium Undiksha.
