PENERAPAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN TALKING STICK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA PADA ANAK TK KELOMPOK B DI TK NEGERI PEMBINA SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berbicara anak setelah penerapan metode pembelajaran Talking Stick pada anak kelompok B semester II tahun ajaran 2012/2013 di TK Negeri Pembina Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi atau evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi tentang keterampilan berbicara menggunakan analisis data statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode talking stick dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada anak TK kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina Singaraja tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan rerata siklus I adalah 71% yang berada pada kriteria sedang dan meningkat menjadi 88% dengan kriteria tinggi. Ada peningkatan keterampilan berbicara pada anak TK Kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina Singaraja tahun ajaran 2012/2013 sebesar 18% setelah menggunakan metode talking stick.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the child's speaking skills improved after the application of learning methods Talking Stick in children in group B the second semester of the school year 2012/2013 in the State Trustees TK Singaraja. This research is a classroom action research (CAR), which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of stages of action planning, action, observation or evaluation and reflection. The subjects were children in kindergarten group B Pembina State school year 2012/2013. Data collected by observation of conversational skills using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the use of talking stick method can improve speaking skills in kindergarten children in kindergarten group B Pembina State Singaraja school year 2012/2013. It can be seen from the increase in the mean cycle I was 71% which is the criteria being and increased to 88% with a high criteria. There is an increase speaking skills in kindergarten children in Kindergarten Group B Pembina State Singaraja school year 2012/2013 by 18% after using the talking stick.
