PENERAPAN METODE BILINGUAL BERBANTUAN MEDIA FLASHCARD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERBAHASA INGGRIS ANAK KELOMPOK B2 DI TK SAIWA DHARMA SINGARAJA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris setelah diterapkan metode bilingual dengan bantuan media flashcard pada anak-anak kelompok B2 semester I tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 15 pada anak kelompok B2 tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 di TK Saiwa Dharma. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris sebesar 23,65% setelah menerapkan metode bilingual berbantuan media flash card. Ini terlihat dari peningkatan berbahasa Inggris rerata pada siklus I adalah 42,65% yang berada pada kriteria sangat rendah, meningkat menjadi 66,30% pada siklus II dengan kriteria sedang. Jadi ada peningkatan hasil belajar berbahasa Inggris anak kelompok B2 di TK Saiwa Dharma sebesar 23,65% setelah menerapkan metode bilingual berbantuan media flashcard.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the increase in English proficiency through the application of method of bilingual flashcard with the help media in the B2 group first semester of the school year 2012/2013. This research is a classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of stages of action planning, action, observation / evaluation and reflection. The subjects were 15 children in the kindergarten group B2 Saiwa Dharma school year 2012/2013. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis.The results showed an increase in ability to speak English by 23,65% after implementing media-assisted method of bilingual flashcard. This is evident from the increase in the average in the first cycle is 42.65% which is the criteria is very low, and increased to 66.30% in the second cycle with the criteria being. So an increase of 23.65% achievement in improving English language skills in preschool children Group B2 Saiwa Dharma Academic Year 2012/2013 after implementing media-assisted bilingual flashcard method.
