PENERAPAN MODEL PICTURE AND PICTURE BERBANTUAN MEDIA KARTU GAMBAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERBAHASA DI TK DARMA KUMALA PENATAHAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa pada anak kelompok A semester II tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 di TK Darma Kumala Penatahan, Kecamatan Penebel, Kabupaten Tabanan setelah menerapkan model picture and picture berbantuan media kartu gambar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 26 anak TK pada kelompok A semester II tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Data tentang kemampuan berbahasa anak kelompok A dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan dokumen. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa pada anak kelompok A setelah penerapan model picture and picture berbantuan media kartu gambar pada siklus I sebesar 55,12% berada pada kategori rendah dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi sebesar 80,12% berada pada kategori tinggi. Jadi terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa berbantuan media kartu gambar sebesar 25%.Kata Kunci : model picture and picture, kemampuan berbahasa, media kartu gambar.
This study aims to determine the improvement in the language skills of children in group A the second semester of academic year 2013/2014 in kindergarten Darma Penatahan Kumala, Penebel District, Tabanan after applying the model picture and picture-aided drawing card media. This research is an action research conducted in two cycles. Subjects were 26 kindergarten children in group A the second semester of academic year 2013/2014. Data on language skills of children in group A were collected by the method of observation, interviews, and recording documents. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the data showed that there was an increase in the child's language skills A group of media-assisted drawing card in the first cycle of 55.12% in the low category and the second cycle increased to 80.12% in the high category. So an increase in the ability of the media-assisted language picture cards by 25%.
