Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan Kemampuan Motorik Halus B setelah menerapkan model Pembelajaran Langsung (Direct Instruction) dengan media seni melipat kertas pada anak kelompok B TK Shanti Kumara III Sempidi, semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 32 anak TK pada Kelompok B Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Data tentang kemampuan motorik halus dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi. Data hasil penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriftif dan metode analisis deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan Kemampuan Motorik Halus anak kelompok B dengan media seni melipat kertas pada siklus I sebesar 65,83% pada kategori sedang dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi sebesar 86,41% berada pada kategori tinggi. Jadi terjadi peningkatan Kemampuan Motorik Halus dengan media seni melipat kertas sebesar 20,58%.Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran langsung (Direct Instruction), kemampuan motorik halus, media seni melipat kertas
This study aims to determine the improvement of fine motor skills learning model B after applying the Direct Instruction with media art of paper folding in kindergarten children in group B III Sempidi Shanti Kumara, the first semester of academic year 2014/2015. This research is an action research conducted in two cycles. Subjects were 32 kindergarten children in Group B Second Semester Academic Year 2014/2015. Data on fine motor skills were collected using observational methods. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the data analysis showed that an increase in the fine motor skills of children in group B with media art of paper folding at the first cycle of 65.83 % in the medium category and the second cycle increased to 86.41 % in the high category . So an increase in fine motor skills with the art of paper folding medium of 20.58 %
