PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) BERBANTUAN MEDIA LINGKUNGAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERKEMBANGAN KOGNITIF ANAK TK NEGERI PEMBINA KECAMATAN KUTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan perkembangan kognitif anak setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) berbantuan media lingkungan sekitar pada anak kelompok B semeseter II tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 di TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Kuta. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 anak TK pada kelompok B semester II tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Data tentang perkembangan kognitif anak kelompok B dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berupa lembar observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriftif dan metode analisis deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) berbantuan media lingkungan sekitar terjadi peningkatan perkembangan kognitif pada siklus I sebesar 63,12% pada kategori rendah dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi sebesar 85,6% berada pada kategori tinggi. Jadi terjadi peningkatan perkembangan kognitif sebesar 22,48%.Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), perkembangan kognitif, media lingkungan sekitar
Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Model dank is a model of learning that uses images paired or sorted into a logical sequence for enhancing cognitive development in children after using a neighbourhood media. This research is a classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. Research subjects as many as 20 children in kindergarten Negeri Pembina Kuta. Data collected research on cognitive development by using the method of continued observation sheet observation format. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods and quantitative statistical analysis methods. From the analysis shows the average percentage of group B children's cognitive development in kindergarten Negeri Pembina Kuta second semester school year 2013/2014 on the first cycle of 63,12% in the low category, while the average percentage of children's cognitive development group B in kindergarten on the second cycle of 85,6% in the high category. Results showed an increase in the average percentage of a child's cognitive development cycle I to cycle II was 22,48%
