PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TALKING STICK BERBANTUAN MEDIA KARTU HURUF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERKEMBANGAN BAHASA ANAK KELOMPOK B TK HINDU UDIANA SARI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, peningkatan perkembangan bahasa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick (tongkat bicara) berbantuan media kartu huruf pada anak kelompok B semester II tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 di TK Hindu Udiana Sari Tunjuk. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 17 orang anak TK pada kelompok B Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Data tentang perkembangan bahasa anak dikumpulkan dengan instrument berupa lembar observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan perkembangan bahasa anak pada siklus I sebesar 69,37% dan berada pada kategori sedang. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi sebesar 83,06 % berada pada kategori tinggi. Jadi terjadi peningkatan perkembangan bahasa dengan media kartu huruf sebesar 13,69%.Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran Talking Stick (tongkat bicara), media kartu huruf, perkembangan bahasa.
This study aims to determine, after application of the increase in the development of language learning model Talking Stick (sticks talk) aided the media in the child group letter cards B second semester of academic year 2013/2014 in the Hindu TK Appoints Udiana Sari. This research is an action research conducted in two cycles. Subjects were 17 kindergarten children in group B II Semester Academic Year 2013/2014. Data on children's language development were collected with instruments such as the observation sheet. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the data analysis showed that an increase in child language development in the first cycle of 69.37 % and in middle category. While on the second cycle increased to 83.06 % at the high category. So an increase in language development with media card letters of 13.69 %.
