PENERAPAN METODE BERMAIN PERAN BERBANTUAN MEDIA KARTU GAMBAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERBAHASA ANAK

Permasalahan yang dialami oleh anak TK Widya Kumara yaitu dalam pemanfaatan media dan kemampuan berbahasa anak masih rendah, metode yang digunakan guru masih menggunakan sistem pembelajaran konvensional. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan bahasa pada anak kelompok A semester II di TK Widya Kumara Banjar Jawa Singaraja dengan menerapkan metode bermain peran berbantuan media kartu gambar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok A TK Widya Kumara Banjar Jawa Singaraja Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 12 orang. Data penelitian tentang kemampuan berbahasa dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dengan instrumen berupa lembar format observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik diskriptif dan analisis stastistik kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pada hasil kegiatan belajar dalam perkembangan bahasa pada anak kelompok A pada sikus I sebesar 61,11% yang berada pada kategori rendah ternyata mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 81,67 % yang berada pada kategori tinggi. Jadi terjadi peningkatan hasil kegiatan belajar dalam perkembangan bahasa pada anak sebesar 20,56 %.Kata Kunci : bermain peran, kartu bergambar, kemampuan berbahasa
Problem experienced by children in TK Widya Kumara on the use of media and language skills the child is still low, methods used by teachers are still using conventional learning system. Therefore, this study aims to determine the improvement in the language skills of children in A group in the second semester of TK Widya Kumara Banjar Jawa Singaraja by applying the method of playing the role of the media aided drawing card. This study was conducted action research with two cycles. The subjects were a group of children in TK Widya Kumara Banjar Jawa Singaraja Secon Semester of Akademic Year 2013/2014, amounting to 12 people. Data collected research on language skills with instruments such as the method of observation with the observation format sheet. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. The result of the data analysis showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes in language development in children in A group in the first cycle of 61.11 % which is at the low category was experiencing an increase in cycle II to 81.67 % which is at the high category. So an increase in learning outcomes in language development in children was 20.56 %.
