PENERAPAN METODE BERMAIN PERAN BERBANTUAN MEDIA BONEKA TANGAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERBICARA PADA ANAK KELOMPOK B SEMESTER II TK KUMARA ADI 1 DENPASAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berbicara melalui metode bermain peran berbantuan media boneka tangan pada anak kelompok B semester II TK Kumara Adi 1 Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok B TK Kumara Adi 1 Denpasar berjumlah 16 anak yang terdiri dari 4 anak putri dan 12 anak putra. Data penelitian kemampuan berbicara dilakukan melalui metode observasi dengan instrumen berupa lembar observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata persentase kemampuan berbicara anak meningkat dari 61% pada siklus I dengan kriteria rendah menjadi sebesar 82,81% pada siklus II dengan kriteria tinggi. Dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berbicara pada anak mencapai 21,81%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bermain peran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara pada anak kelompok B semester II TK Kumara Adi 1 Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.Kata Kunci : Metode Bermain Peran, Media Boneka Tangan, Kemampuan Berbicara
This research aimed to determine the improving of speaking ability through role play method with puppet to the child of group B in second semester of TK Kumara Adi 1 Denpasar in academic year 2014/2015. This researh was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of the study were 16 pupils of group B in second semester of TK Kumara Adi 1 Denpasar consisted of 4 girls and 12 boys. The data of spesking ability conducted with observation method with observation sheet as instrument of this research. The result of this research was analyzed by using statistic analysis descriptive method and quantitative descriptive analysis. The result showed that average of speaking ability percentage improved from 61% in cycle I categorized as low criteria became 82,81% in cycle II and categorized as high criteria. As result, the speaking ability of the pupils improved 21,81%. Based on this research that has been done, it can be concluded that role playing learning method can improve speaking ability on group B children on second semester at TK Kumara Adi 1 Denpasar school year 2014/2015.
