PENERAPAN METODE DEMONSTRASI DENGAN PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL JAMURAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN SOSIAL EMOSIONAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan sosial emosional dengan menerapkan metode demostrasi melalui permainan tradisional jamuran pada kelompok A2 TK Santa Maria Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan selama dua siklus. Siklus I terdiri dari 11 pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari 6 pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A2 TK Santa Maria Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 30anak. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini mencakup data tentang kemampuan sosial emosional anak. Data perkembangan sosial emosional dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dengan instrumen lembar observasi dimana penilaian ini dilaksanakan pada tiap pertemuan. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode demonstrasi melalui permainan tradisional jamurandapat meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional pada anak kelompok A2 TK Santa Maria Singaraja. Persentase skor kemampuan sosial emosional anak pada siklus I adalah 65% dengan kriteria sedang meningkat menjadi 85,18% dengan kriteria tinggi pada siklus II.Kata Kunci : metode demonstrasi, permainan tradisional, perkembangan sosial emosional
This study aims to improve the social emotional development by applying traditional methods of demonstrations through the game Jamuran in the group A2 TK Santa Maria Singaraja. This research using class action researchconducted during two cycle. Cycle 1 consists of 11 meeting and cycle 2 concists of 6 meetings. The subjects were children kindergarten group A2 TK Santa Maria Singaraja 2014/2015 school year totaling 30 children captured data in this study includes data on social emotional development of children. Emotional social development data collected by observation with the observation sheet instruments where the assesment is carried out at each meeting. The data collected was analyzed deskriptive statistics. The result showed that the application of the method of demonstration through the traditional game jamuran can improve children’s social emotional at kindergarten A2 group santa maria singaraja. Persentage score of emotional social development of children in cycle 1 was 65% with low criteria increased to 85.18% with gigh criteria in cycle 2.
