This research is motivated by still many children who have difficulty in speaking based on the achievement of the speaking that was at the very low category. Thus offered modeling techniques to improve the speaking ability to children in kindergarten Ganesha B1 group Singaraja. This study aims to determine the implementation of modeling techniques can improve the speaking ability to children in kindergarten Ganesha B1 group Singaraja Semester II Academic Year 2015/2016. This research is classified as a class action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The subject of this research were 16 children (12 boys and 4 girls). Collecting data in this study using the method of observation. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative descriptive statistical analysis methods. The analysis shows that there is an increased speaking ability after application of modeling techniques in the first cycle of 63.33% belonging to the low criteria and increased in the second cycle into 82.53% belonging to the high criteria. So, there is increased speaking ability from the first cycle to the second cycle of 19.20%. Based on the results of that study concluded that the modeling techniques can improve the speaking ability to children in kindergarten Ganesha B1 group Singaraja.
