PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TWO STAY TWO STRAY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X AK 1 DI SMK NEGERI 1 ABANG

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada kelas X AK 1 SMK Negeri 1 Abang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dalam pembelajaran. (2) Meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas X AK 1 SMK Negeri 1 Abang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS). dan (3) Mengetahui kendala-kendala dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) beserta alternatif pemecahan masalahnya.
Jenis penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus dengan rancangan siklus terdiri dari tahap rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, evaluasi/observasi, refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AK1 SMK Negeri 1 Abang tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 dengan jumlah siswa 35 orang.
Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, observasi, test, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif dan deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan : (1) terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X AK1 SMK Negeri 1 Abang tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yaitu pada siklus I hanya sebesar 29,37 kemudian di siklus II meningkat menjadi 36,03. (2) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 70,0 kemudian pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 83,5 yang berada pada kategori baik. (3) kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan model pembelajaran ini yaitu siswa masih belum terbiasa dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) karena pembelajaran seperti ini baru pertama kali diterapkan di kelas tersebut.

ABSTRACT
The research was asmed to (1) Increasing the motivation of learning of students in class X AK 1 SMK Negeri 1 Abang through the application of cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) in learning. (2) improve the results of study student learning in class X AK 1 SMK Negeri 1 Abang through the application of cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS). And (3) Knowing the obstacles in applying cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) along with alternative problem solving.
This type of research belongs to classroom action research (PTK). The research was conducted in 2 cycles with cycle design consisting of action plan stage, action implementation, evaluation / observation, reflection. The subjects of this study are the students of class X AK1 SMK Negeri 1 Abang academic year 2016/2017 with the number of students 35 people.
Data collection techniques used are, observation, test, and interview. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive method. The result of the analysis shows: (1) there is an increase of learning motivation of class X AK1 SMK Negeri 1 Abang in academic year 2016/2017 that is in cycle I only 29,37 then in cycle II increased to 36,03. (2) there is an increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 70.0 and then on the second cycle student learning outcomes increased to 83.5 are in either category. (3) obstacles encountered in the application of this learning model is that students are not familiar with cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) because this kind of learning is first applied in the class.
