PENGARUH AKTIVITAS DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR INDUSTRI DASAR DAN KIMIA YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif tentang(1) pengaruh aktivitas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan,(2) pengaruh aktivitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3)pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan (4) pengaruh aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia, dan objek penelitian adalahaktivitas, profitabilitas, dan nilai perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik pencatatan dokumen, dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh signifikan aktivitas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 86,8%,(2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan aktivitas terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 22,5%, (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 66,6%, dan (4) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas sebesar 87,0%.

The purpose of this research to get explanative findings about (1) the effect of activity and profitability toward firm value (2) the effect of activity toward firm value (3) the effect of profitability toward firm value (4) the effect of activity toward profitability.The research design used was causal quantitative.The subject of this research was The Company in Basic Industry and Chemicals Sector,and the object ofthis researchwere activity, profitability and firm value. The data was obtained by documentation technique, and thenit’s analyzed by path analysis. The result of this research showthat (1) activity and profitability had significant effect toward firm value about 86,8%, (2) activity had positive and significant effect toward firm value about 22,5%, (3) profitability had positive and significant effect toward firm value about 66,6%, (4) activity had positive and significant effect toward profitability about 87,0%.
