PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (4) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Distanak Kabupaten Buleleng. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Distanak Kabupaten Buleleng dan objeknya adalah lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 karyawan. Semua populasi ini dijadikan unit pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja pegawai yang didukung dengan wawancara. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik (1) kuesioner, dan (2) pencatatan dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dari (1) lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, (3) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (4) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Distanak Kabupaten Buleleng.

This present study was intended to find the tested explanative finding of the impact of (1) working environment and discipline in working toward the performance of employees, (2) working environment toward discipline in working, (3) working environment toward the performance of employees, and (4) discipline in working toward the performance of employees in Distanak Kabupaten Buleleng. The study was designed to be a casual quantitative study. The subject of the study included all the employees of Distanak Kabupaten Buleleng, and the object of the study included were the working environment, discipline in working, and the performance of employees. The population of the study totaled 60. All were used as the points of observation, thereforethis present study can be classified as the population research. The data collected in the study were on the working environment, discipline in working and the performance of employees which was supported by the interview with the employees’ of Distanak Kabupaten Buleleng. The data were collected using (1) questionnaire, and (2) documentation recording, the data were analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study shows there are positive influences from (1) working environment and discipline in working toward the performance of employees, (2) working environment and discipline in working, (3) working environment affected discipline in working, and (4) discipline in working affected the performance of employees in working of Distanak Kabupaten Buleleng.
