Pengaruh Struktur Modal Dan Likuiditas Serta Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sektor Keuangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang (1) pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan (2) pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan (4) pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sektor Keuangan, dan objek penelitian adalah struktur modal, likuiditas, profitabilitas dan nilai perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) struktur modal, likuiditas dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan

The purpose of this research was to gain tested explanatory finding about (1) the effect of capital structure, liquidity and profitability toward corporate value, (2) the effect of capital structure toward corporate value, (3) the effect of liquidity toward corporate value, and (4) the influence of profitability toward corporate value. The research design used was causal quantitative. The subject of this research was the financial sector corporation, and the object of this research were capital structure, liquidity, profitability and corporate value. The data was collected by documents recording, and then it’s analyzed using multiple liniear regression analysis. The result of the research shaw that (1) capital structure, liquidity and profitability had significant influences on corporate value, (2) capital structure had negative and significant influence on corporate value, (3) liquidity had positive and significant influence on corporate value, (4) profitability had positive and significant influence on corporate value
