PENGARUH PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA SEBAGAI PEMILIK DAN PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA SEBAGAI PELANGGAN TERHADAP PEROLEHAN SISA HASIL USAHA PADA KOPERASI UNIT DESA DI KABUPATEN BULELENG TAHUN 2010-2013

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh: (1) partisipasi anggota sebagai pemilik dan partisipasi anggota sebagai pelanggan secara simultan terhadap perolehan SHU, (2) partisipasi anggota sebagai pemilik secara parsial terhadap perolehan SHU, dan (3) partisipasi anggota sebagai pelanggan secara parsial terhadap perolehan SHU pada KUD di Kabupaten Buleleng tahun 2010-2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian adalah KUD di Kabupaten Buleleng dan sebagai objeknya adalah partisipasi anggota sebagai pemilik, partisipasi anggota sebagai pelanggan dan perolehan SHU dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2013. Jenis data adalah data kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada pengaruh signifikan dari partisipasi anggota sebagai pemilik dan partisipasi anggota sebagai pelanggan secara simultan terhadap perolehan SHU, (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari partisipasi anggota sebagai pemilik secara parsial terhadap perolehan SHU (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari partisispasi anggotasebagai pelanggan secara parsial terhadapperolehan SHU pada KUD di Kabupaten Buleleng tahun 2010-2013.

This research aims to know and analyze the effect of: 1) the member participation as the owner’s and member participation as the customer’s simultaneously the SHU 2) the member participation as the owner’s partially ously the SHU 3) the member participation as the customer’s partially ously the SHU on the KUD in Buleleng years 2010 to 2013. Data were collected with documentation and itʼs analyzed by multiple regression linear analysis. Results of this study showed (1) there is positive and significant effect on The member participation as the owner’s and member participation as the customer’s simultaneously to the SHU, (2) there is a positive and significant effect on The member participation as the owner’s partially to the SHU, (3) there is positive and significant effect on the member participation as the customer’s partially to the SHU on the KUD in Buleleng years 2010 to 2013.
