Teknik Role Playing dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Komunikasi Interpersonal Siswa SMK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pelatihan teknik role playing da-lam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimen one-group pretest-postest dengan subjek 6 orang siswa kelas X SMK N 1 Se-ririt Jurusan Akomodasi Perhotelan yang teridentifikasi sebagai siswa yang memiliki keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal rendah. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu skala keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal dan instrumen untuk bahan perlakuan berupa buku panduan pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan intervensi pelatihan teknik role playing yang dianalisis dengan menggu-nakan uji statistic Wilcoxon. Intervensi pelatihan teknik role playing dapat meningkatkan keteram-pilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa SMK Jurusan Akomodasi Perhotelan.
