Abstract

Teacher mobilizers are one of the new breakthroughs made to advance the education sector in Indonesia based on the direction of the Minister of Education. This article aims to find out what is a mobilizing teacher and what is the role of a mobilizing teacher in the learning community at school. This research uses interviews and observations about teacher mobilizers and learning communities to one of the teacher mobilizers. This journal is expected to provide information about teacher mobilizers and their role in school learning communities.
