Conflict resolution is the basis of teachers' efforts to improve students' skills in dealing with personal challenges. It has been observed that conflict often stems from social interactions between students in the school environment, highlighting the need for a variety of strategies to address this problem effectively. Based on this, this research aims to carry out an in-depth analysis using information about an event, including individual and procedural data. This research applies a qualitative research design, namely a case study. This research limits its focus to specific times and activities, so various data collection strategies are used to obtain comprehensive data over a predetermined period. The researcher acts as the main instrument in this qualitative research. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews, and literature review. The technique used to analyze data is qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results are about the control and discipline of students, school principals, and instructors participating in resolving and managing conflicts in the education system. Conflict arises when groups of people deviate from their overwhelming desire for control, prestige, or power. In helping students resolve conflict effectively and without violence, educational environments are recommended to provide them with conflict resolution skills. These skills can be acquired through various extracurricular activities and other subjects.
