EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK TOKEN ECONOMY DAN TEKNIK SHAPING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X DI SMA NEGEI 1 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2016/2017

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik token economy dan teknik shaping untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 18 orang siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data disiplin belajar, yang diperoleh dengan metode kuesioner didukung dengan metode wawancara dan buku harian. Data disiplin belajar dianalisis dengan teknik analisis t-test dan uji ANAVA.A (Satu jalur/one way). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) konseling behavioral dengan teknik token economy efektif untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017, (2) konseling behavioral dengan teknik shaping efektif untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017, (3) terdapat perbedaan efektivitas antara konseling konseling behavioral dengan teknik token economy dan teknik shaping untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Kepada peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan mampu mengembangkan dengan lebih optimal penggunaan konseling behavioral dengan teknik token economy dan teknik shaping dengan melakukan pembuktian-pembuktian yang lebih mendalam dengan latar populasi dan sampel yang sama atau berbeda, dengan tetap memperhatikan kelemahan-kelemahan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Disiplin Belajar, Konseling Behavioral, Teknik Shaping, Teknik Token Economy
This research aims to determine the effectiveness of behavioral counseling with token economy techniques and shaping techniques to improve student learning discipline X class in SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja academic year 2016/2017. This research type is quasi experiment with research design nonequivalent control group design. The sample in this research was taken by using purposive sampling technique with the number of 18 students. The data collected in this research is the data of learning discipline, obtained by questionnaire method supported by interview and diary method. The study discipline data were analyzed by t-test analysis technique and ANAVA.A test (one way). The result of this research are (1) behavioral counseling with token economy technique is effective to improve learning discipline in grade X students SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja academic year 2016/2017, (2) behavioral counseling with shaping technique is effective to improve learning discipline in grade X students SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja academic year 2016/2017, (3) there is a difference of effectiveness between behavioral counseling counseling with token economy technique and shaping technique to improve the learning discipline in grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja in academic year 2016/2017. To the next researcher, it is expected to be able to develop more optimal use of behavioral counseling with token economy and shaping technique by conducting more in-depth proofs with the same or different population and sample backgrounds, keeping in mind the weaknesses found in this research.
