EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING RASIONAL EMOTIF BEHAVIOR TEKNIK REFRAMING DAN ROLE PLAYING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFIKASI DIRI AKADEMIK SISWA SMA LABORATORIUM UNDIKSHA SINGARAJA

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) efektivitas Konseling Rasional Emotif Behavior Teknik Reframing untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik, (2) efektivitas Konseling Rasional Emotif Behavior Teknik Role Playing untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik, dan (3) perbedaan efektivitas Konseling Rasional Emotif Behavior Teknik Reframing dan Teknik Role Playing untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu, dengan rancangan Posttest Only Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha yang berjumlah 3 kelas. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 6 orang siswa yang memiliki efikasi diri akademik rendah sebagai kelompok eksperimen 1 dan 6 orang siswa yang juga memiliki efikasi diri akademik rendah sebagai kelompok eskeperimen 2. Kelompok eskperimen 1 diberikan perlakuan Konseling Rasional Emotif Behavior Teknik Reframing dan kelompok eksperimen 2 diberikan perlakuan Konseling Rasional Emotif Behavior Teknik Role Playing. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner untuk mengukur efikasi diri akademik baik untuk keperluan penyetaraan kelas maupun untuk uji hipotesis. Analisis data untuk uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Konseling Rasional Emotif Behavior Teknik Reframing efektif meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik, (2) Konseling Rasional Emotif Behavior Teknik Role Playing efektif meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik, dan (3) Terdapat perbedaan efektivitas antara Konseling Rasional Emotif Behavior Teknik Reframing dan teknik Role Playing dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan kepada guru BK untuk menunjang dalam memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa yang belum memiliki gambaran tentang keyakinan diri yang dimiliki.Kata Kunci : Konseling Rasional Emotif Behavioral, Reframing, Role Playing, Efikasi Diri Akademik
The purpose of this research was to find out: (1) effectiveness of Rational Counseling Emotive behaviour Reframing Techniuques to improve self- efficacy academic, (2) effectiveness of Rational Counseling Emotive behaviour Role Playing Techniuques to improve self- efficacy academic, and (3) differences in effectiveness of Counseling Rational Emotive Behaviour Reframing Technique and Role Playing Technique to improve self-efficacy academic.This type of research was quasi experiment design using posttest only control group design. The population of this research were student’s of class X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha which amounted to 3 classes. The sample of the reaserch consisted of 6 student’s who had low self-efficacy academic as experimental group 1 and 6 student’s who also had low academic self-efficacy as experiment group 2. Experimental group 1 was given counseling rational emotive behavior reframing technique and experiment group 2 given counseling rational emotive behavior technique of role playing. Data collection method used are questionnaires to measure self-efficacy academic for the purposes of class equalization and to the hypothesis test. Data analysis for hypothesis test measure by t-test. The result showed : (1) Counseling Rational Emotive Behaviour Reframing Techniques effectively improve self-efficacy academic, (2) Counseling Rational Emotive Behaviour Role Playing Techniques effectively improve self-efficacy academic, (3) there is a difference in effectiveness between Counseling Rational Emotive Behavior Reframing Technique and Role Playing Techniques to improving self-efficacy academic. The result of this reaserch is expected to be used as a reference to counselor to support in providing counseling to student’s who do not have a picture of academic self-confidence.
