PENGARUH KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK TOKEN ECONOMY DAN POLA ASUH ORANG TUA TERHADAP PERILAKU PROSOSIAL SISWA KELAS VIII SMP LABORATORIUM UNDIKSHA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui:(1) perbedaan perilaku prososial antara siswa yang mendapatkan konseling behavioral teknik token economy dengan siswa yang tidak mendapatkan konseling behavioral teknik token economy, (2)perbedaan perilaku prososial antara siswa yang pola asuh orang tuanya acceptance dengan siswa yang pola asuh orang tuanya rejection, dan (3) pengaruh interaksi konseling behavioral teknik token economy dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap perilaku prososial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semu eksperimen dengan rancangan nonequivalent pretest-posstest control.group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 〖VIII〗^3 dan 〖VIII〗^4 SMP Lab Unidksha yang berjumlah 66 orang siswa. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah anggota sampel 24 orang siswa yang memiliki perilaku prososial rendah dan sangat rendah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan di analisis dengan analisis varians dua jalur. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan perilaku prososial siswa yang mendapatkan konseling behavioral teknik token economy dan siswa yang tidak mendapatkan, (2) tidak ada perbedaan perilaku prososial antara siswa yang pola asuh orang tuanya acceptance dan siswa yang pola asuh orang tuanya rejection, serta (3) tidak ada pengaruh interaksi konseling behavioral teknik token economy dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap perilaku prososial. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan bagi guru Bimbingan Konseling untuk dapat menunjang dalam memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa yang belum memahami perilaku prososial.Kata Kunci : konseling behavioral, teknik token economy, pola asuh orang tua, perilaku prososial
This study aims to determine: (1) difference of prosocial behavior between students who get behavioral counseling token economy technique with students who do not get counseling behavioral token economy technique,(2) differences in prosocial behavior between students who acceptance parenting parents with students who parenting parents rejection, and (3) the influence of behavioral counseling interaction of token economy technique and parenting pattern toward prosocial behavior in grade VIII. This research is a quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent pretest-posstest control group design. The population of this study were students of class 〖VIII〗^3 and 〖VIII〗^4 students at Junior Undiksha Laboratory totaling 66 people.The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique with the number of sample member 24 students who have low prosocial behavior and very low.Data collection methods used were questionnaires and analyzed by two-way variance analysis. The results revealed that: (1) there are differences in behavior of students prosocial who get behavioral counseling techniques token economy and students who do not do not get,(2) there is no difference of prosocial behavior between students whose parenting pattern is acceptance and the students whose parenting style is rejection, (3) and there is no influence of behavioral counseling interaction of token economy technique and parent care pattern toward prosocial behavior. The results of this study are expected to be used as an option for gidence counseling teachers to be able to support in providing guidance to students who do not understand prosocial behavior
