PENGARUH KONSELING KOGNITIF BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK RESTRUKTURISASI KOGNITIF TERHADAP KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL SISWA KELAS X IBB SMA NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : Pengaruh konseling kognitif behavioral teknik restrukturisasi kognitif terhadap kecerdasan emosional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu, dengan desain Non Equevalent pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IBB SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja yang berjumlah 35 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 10 orang siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional rendah dan sangat rendah. Sebanyak 5 orang yang terdiri dari 3 orang memiliki kecerdasa emosional sangat rendah dan 2 orang yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional rendah ditugaskan sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 5 orang lagi yang terdiri dari 3 orang yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional sangat rendah dan 2 orang memiliki kecerdasan emosional rendah ditugaskan sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data kecerdasan emosional dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kecerdasan emosional. Kuesioner kecerdasan emosional telah teruji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada Pengaruh Konseling Kognitif Behavioral Teknik Restrukturisasi Kognitif Terhadap Kecerdasan Emosional.Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: Konseling Kognitif Behavioral, Restrukturisasi Kognitif, Kecerdasan Emosional
This research aims to know : The effect of behavioral cognitive counseling techniques on cognitive restructuring of emotional intelligence. The type of this research is a quasi experiment , with the design of Non Equevalent pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study is the students of grade X IBB High school number 2 Singaraja which amounted to 35 people. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique with 10 students who have low emotional intelligence and also very low intelligence. The Five students there are consisting of 3 of them had very low emotional intelligence and 2 of them with low emotional intelligence assigned as experimental group and 5 others consisting of 3 people who had very low emotional intelligence assigned as a group control. Collecting data of emotional intelligence in this study using emotional intelligence questionnaire . Emotional intelligence questionnaire have been tested for their validity and rehabilitee. To test the hypothesis used t-test. The results show that there is influence of Cognitive Counseling Behavioral Cognitive Restructuring Technique against Emotional Intelligece.
