Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model konseling kognitif behavioral dengan strategi self management terhadap self affiliation ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 58 siswa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah anava dua jalur dengan desain 2x2 faktorial dan t-scheffe. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan konseling kognitif behavioral antara siswa yang mengikuti strategi self management dengan konseling konvensional terhadap self affiliation (F=7.885; p<0,05), (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi konseling kognitif behavioral strategi self management dengan jenis kelamin terhadap self affiliation (F=28.133;p<0,05), (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara siswa yang mendapatkan konseling kognitif behavioral strategi self management dengan konseling konvensional terhadap self affiliation pada anak laki-laki (t=3.537; α<2,008), (4) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara siswa yang mendapatkan konseling kognitif behavioral strategi self management dengan konseling konvensional terhadap self affiliation pada anak perempuan (t=11.419; α<2,008).

This study aimed to analyzed the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral counseling model with a strategy self management to the improvement of self affiliation reviewed of gender. The sample of this study was 58 students that are conducted by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis method which is used in this study is two ways ANAVA with 2x2 factorial design and t-Scheffe. The analysis study results showed that: (1) there are differences in cognitive-behavioral counseling among students who follow the strategy of self management with conventional counseling to the self affiliation (F=7.885; p<0.05), (2) there is an interaction effect of cognitive behavioral counseling strategy of self management with in terms of gender to the self affiliation (F=28.133, p<0.05), (3) there are difference of influence between students who get counseling kognitive behavioral self management strategy with conventional counseling to the self affiliation in male (t=3.537; α<2.008), (4) there are difference of influence between students who get counseling kognitive behavioral self management strategy with conventional counseling to the self affiliation in female (t=11.419; α<2.008).
