PERBEDAAN PENGARUH KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING DAN TEKNIK DESENTISISASI SISTEMATIK TERHADAP SELF DISCLOSUREPADA SISWA KELAS X SMA LABORATORIUM UNDIKSHA SINGARAJA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Pengaruh Konseling Behavioral dengan Teknik Modeling dan Teknik Desentisisasi Sistematik terhadap siswa yang Mengalami Self Disclosure rendah ,Pada siswa Kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Pretes-Posttest Control Group Design. Subyek penelitian diambil melalui purposive sampling.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik modeling terhadap self disclosure siswa dengan t hitung = 26,8> t tabel =2,571 dan signifikansi P < 0,05. (2) terdapat pebedaan pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik desensitisasi sistematik terhadap self disclosure siswa dengan t hitung = 10,01 > t tabel 2,571 dan signifikasi P < 0,05.(3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh teknik modeling dengan disentisisasi sistematik terhadap self disclosure terhadap siswa dengan t hitung = 26,84 > t tabel 2,228 dan signifikansi P < 0,05.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Desensitisasi Sistematik , Modeling, Self Disclosure
The purpose of the study was to find out the effect differences of Behavioural Counceling with modeling technique and Systematic Desentation Technique on students with low Self Disclosure.The sample of the study was X grade students of SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja. The design of the study was experiment nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design with purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using t-test. The result of the study shows (1) there is no difference Behavioural Counceling with modeling technique Technique on students with low Self Disclosur of X grade students the tobs was 26,8 > t table was 2.571 and significance F < 0,05, (2) there is no difference Behavioural Counceling with Systematic Desentation Technique on students with low Self Disclosur of X grade students tobs was 10.01 > t table 2.571 dan significance P < 0,05. (3) there is no difference Behavioural Counceling with modeling technique and Systematic Desentation Technique on students with low Self Disclosur of X grade students of SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja is rejected but Ha which stated “there is a difference of Behavioural Counceling with modeling technique and Systematic Desentation Technique on students t obs was 26,84 > ttable 2.228 dan significance P < 0,05.
