Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : Pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling terhadap keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu, dengan desain Non Equevalent pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X3 dan X5 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada yang berjumlah 42 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 11 orang siswa yang memiliki self deference rendah. Sebanyak 5 orang yang memiliki self deference rendah ditugaskan sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 6 orang orang yang memiliki self deference rendah ditugaskan sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data self deference dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner self deference. Kuesioner self deference telah teruji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada Pengaruh Konseling kognitif Behavioral Dengan Teknik Modeling sosok sengkuni Terhadap self deference.

This study aims to determine: The influence of behavioral counseling with modeling techniques on interpersonal communication skills. This type of research is a pseudo experiment, with the design of Non Equevalent pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study are students of class X3 and X5 SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada which amounted to 42 people. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique with 11 students who have low self deference. A total of 5 people with low self-deference were assigned as experimental groups and 6 people with low self-deference were assigned as control groups. Self deference data collection in this study using self deference questionnaire. The self deference questionnaire has been tested for its validity and reliability. To test the hypothesis used t-test. The results showed there Influence Behavioral Cognitive Counseling With Modeling Technique sengkuni figure Against self deference.
