EFEKTIVITAS TEORI KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK PENGUATAN POSITIF DAN TEKNIK SELF MANAGEMENT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF AUTONOMY SISWA KELAS XI SMK NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik penguatan positif dan teknik self management teori konseling behavioral efektif untuk meningkatkan self autonomy siswa kelas XI UPW C, untuk mengetahui teknik self management teori konseling behavioral efektif dalam meningkatkan self autonomy siswa kelas XI AK C, dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik penguatan positif dan teknik self management teori konseling behavioral dalam meningkatkan self autonomy siswa. penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, buku harian dan kuesioner bakat verbal. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah t-test. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kelompok eksperimen I ditreatmen dengan teknik penguatan positif teori konseling behavioral dengan pembanding kelompok kontrol menghasilkan t hitung = 4,57 > t tabel = 1,70. Kelompok eksperimen II ditreatmen dan teknik self management teori konseling behavioral dengan pembanding kelompok kontrol menghasilkan t hitung = 2,77 > t tabel = 1,34. Treatmen menggunakan teknik modeling dan teknik self management konseling behavioral didapatkan t hitung = 2,85 > t tabel = 1,69. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik penguatan positif teori konseling behavioral efektif dalam meningkatkan self autonomy siswa kelas XI UPW C, teknik latihan penguatan positif teori konseling behavioral efektif dalam meningkatkan self otonomy siswa kelas XI AK C , efektivitas teknik penguatan positif dan teknik self management teori konseling behavioral dalam meningkatkan self otonomy siswa.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Penguatan Positif, Self Management,Self Autonomy
Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the positive reinforcement technique and self management technique of effective behavioral counseling theory to improve self autonomy of class XI UPW C students, to know the technique of self management effective behavioral counseling theory in improving self autonomy of class XI AK C students and to know the effectiveness of positive reinforcement technique and technique Self management behavioral counseling theory in improving self autonomy students. This study includes quasi experimental research (quasi experiment). The process of collecting data in this study using observation sheets, interview sheets, diaries and verbal talent questionnaires. Data analysis method used is t-test. The result of this research is experimental group I ditreatmen with positive reinforcement technique of behavioral counseling theory with control group comparison yield t count = 4.57> t table = 1.70. The second experiment group was tested and the self-management technique of behavioral counseling theory with control group comparator gave t count = 2.77> t table = 1.34. Treatment using modeling techniques and self management counseling behavioral techniques obtained t arithmetic = 2.85> t table = 1.69. From the result of this research, it can be concluded that positive reinforcement technique of behavioral counseling theory is effective in improving self autonomy of class XI UPW C students, positive reinforcement exercises effective behavioral counseling theory in improving self autonomy of class XI AK C students, difference in effectiveness of positive reinforcement techniques and techniques Self management theory of behavioral counseling in improving self-autonomy of students.
