PENGARUH KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING BISMA DALAM CERITA MAHABARATA MELALUI LISSON STUDY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN BAKAT VERBAL SISWA KELAS VIII 1 DI SMPN 2 SINGARAJA Ni Luh Sri Kembar Yati1 ,Ketut Dharsana2, Dewi Arum3 Jurusan Bimbingan Konseling, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha Singaraja, Bali e-mail: {Srikembar43@yahoo.co.id, Dewiarumbk @gmail.com, profdarsana@yahoo.com}@undiksha.ac.id Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik modeling teori konseling behavioral berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan bakat verbal siswa kelas VIII 1, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik modeling dengan teori konseling behavioral dalam meningkatkan bakat verbal siswa. penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, buku harian dan kuesioner bakat verbal. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah t-test. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kelompok eksperimen ditreatmen dengan teknik modeling teori konseling behavioral dengan pembanding kelompok kontrol menghasilkan t hitung = 2,16 > t tabel = 1,895. treatmen menggunakan teknik modeling dengan teori konseling behavioral didapatkan t hitung = 2,16 > t tabel = 1,895. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik modeling teori konseling behavioral berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan bakat verbal siswa kelas VIII 1, berpengaruh dalam teknik modeling dengan teori konseling behavioral dalam meningkatkan bakat verbal siswa. Abstract This study aims to determine the techniques of modeling theory of behavioral counseling in improving the talent verbal class VIII 1, and to know the effectiveness of the technique of modeling theory behavioral counseling in improving students' verbal aptitude. This study is quasi-experimental research (quasi). The process of collecting data in this study using observation sheets, sheets interviews, diaries and questionnaires verbal talents. Data analysis method used was t-test. The results of this study is the first experimental group are treated with behavioral counseling theories modeling techniques to produce a comparative control group t = 2,16 > t tabel = 1,895. treatments using modeling techniques with assertiveness training techniques behavioral counseling theories obtained t = 2,16 > t tabel = 1,895. From these results, it can be concluded that the modeling techniques theory behavioral counseling in improving the talent verbal class VIII 1 technical assertiveness training theory behavioral counseling is effective in improving the talent verbal class VIII 1, differences in the effectiveness of the technique of modeling techniques assertiveness training theory behavioral counseling in improving students' verbal aptitude.
