Pengaruh Konseling Behavioral Dengan Teknik Modeling Bermuatan guru drona Dalam Cerita Mahabarata Melalui Lesson Study Untuk Meningkatkan Self Endurance Siswa Kelas X2 Di Sma N 1 Sukasada

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik modeling bermuatan guru drona teori konseling behavioral berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan self endurance siswa kelas X2. penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pra eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, buku harian dan kuesioner self endurance. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kelompok eksperimen di treatmen dengan teknik modeling bermuatan guru drona teori konseling behavioral berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan self endurance siswa kelas X2 .Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis pada tabel diatas didapatkan nilai thitung = 3,073 dengan df = (n-1) = (20-1) = 19 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% maka diperoleh nilai ttabel= 1,729. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai thitung> ttabel atau 3,073 >1,729. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha yang menyatakan “self endurance siswa yang diberikan treatment konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling bermuatan guru Drona melalui lesson study lebih baik dari pada self endurance siswa sebelum diberikan treatment”.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Modeling, , self Endurance
This research aimed to know whether the modelling technique that contain Guru Drona behavioral conselling teory can increased the X2 students’ self endurance. This research was a pre experiment research with one group pretest-posttest design. Data collecting process in this research use observation sheet, interview sheet, diary, and self endurance questionnaire. He method of the analysis that used in this research is paired sample t-test. The result of this research is the experiment group that was treated with modelling technique that contain Guru Drona and behavioral counseling teory can increase the self endurance of X2 students. According to the result of the hypotheses test, obtained that the tvalue = 3.073, with df = (n-1) = (20-1)=19 with significant value 5% then the ttable ¬= 1,729. According to that results, we can concluded that tvalue > ttable or 3.073 > 1.729. Then we can conclude that Ha, students’ self endurance that was treated with behavioral counseling with modelling technnique that contains Guru Drona through lesson study better than students’ self endurance before get the treatment.
