Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dengan model sosok Dewi Drupadi untuk meningkatkan Self Achievement melalui lesson study pada siswa kelas X6 di SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah semu eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian “Nonequivalent pretest-postest control group design”. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 12 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner self achievement, dianalisis dengan teknik analisist-test. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu hipotesis didapatkan hasilthitung yang diperoleh adalah 6,003 dengan signifikansi 0,002. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dengan model sosok Dewi Drupadi efektif untuk meningkatkan self achievement pada siswa kelas X6 SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja.

This study aims to determine the effect of behavioral counseling with modeling techniques with model figure of Goddess Drupadi to improve Self Achievement through lesson study in X6 grade students at SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja. This type of research is experimental with experimental design "Nonequivalent pretest-postest control group design". Sampling in this research is done by purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study amounted to 12 students. Data collection method used was self question questionnaire, analyzed by t-test analysis technique. The result of this research is hypothesis obtained tcount obtained is 6,003 with significance 0,002. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that behavioral counseling with modeling techniques with model figure of Goddess Drupadi effective to improve self achievement in class X6 student of SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja.
