EFEKTIFITAS KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING DAN TEKNIK LATIHAN ASERTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERCAYA DIRI SISWA KELAS X SMK N 2 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : Efektifitas konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan teknik latihan asertif untuk meningkatkan percaya diri siswa. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalen Control Group designe, penelitian ini termasuk penelitian “quasieksperimen”. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Boga SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja yang berjumlah 203. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik porposive sampling dengan jumlah 16 orang siswa yang memiliki percaya diri siswa rendah dengan memperoleh skor yang rendah , sebanyak 8 orangditugaskan sebagai kelompok eksperimen 1 dan 8 orang sisanya ditugaskan sebagai kelompok eksperimen 2. Pengumpulan data percaya diri dalam peelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner percaya diri. Kuesioner percaya diri telah di teruji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 3 uji hipotesis, untuk pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua digunakan uji-t Bruning dan untuk uji hipotesis 3 menggunakan uji t-test. Didapatkan nilai t hitung = 3,906 dengan df = (n-1)= (8-1) =7 dengan taraf signifikan 5% maka diperoleh nilai t tabel = 2,365. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan efektifitas siswa yang mengikuti konseling rasional emotif dengan teknik modeling dan siswa yang mengikuti teknik latihan asertif untuk meningkatkan percaya diri siswa kelas X Boga SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral, Modeling, Latihan Asertif, Percaya Diri
This study aims to understand: Effectiveness of behavioral counseling techniques of moseling and assertive training techniques to improve students' self-confidence. The experimental design used was Nonequevalen Control Group Design, this study included "quasieksperimen" research. The population of this study is the students of class X Boga SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja which amounted to 203 people. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique with 16 students who have low self esteem by obtaining low score, as many as 8 people assigned as experimental group 1 and 8 the rest are assigned as experiment group 2. Data collection was confident in this study using a self-confident questionnaire. The confident questionnaire has been tested for its validity and reliability. In this study using 3 hypothesis test, to test the first and second hypothesis used t-test Bruning and for test of hypothesis 3 used t-test. Obtained tcount = 3.906 with df = (n-1) = (8-1) = 7 with 5% significance level then obtained ttable = 2,365. Based on these results can be concluded that the value of t count> ttable (3.906> 2.365). The results showed that there are differences in the effectiveness of students who follow Behavioral Counseling modeling techniques and students who follow assertive training techniques to improve students' self confidence X grade Boga SMK N 2 Singaraja
