EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK TOKEN EKONOMI DAN KONSELING RASIONAL EMOTIF UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN PERILAKU ADAPTIF PADA SISWA KELAS XI MIPA 6 SMA NEGERI 4 SINGARAJA

Dalam penelitian ini, konseling behavioral teknik token ekonomi dan konseling rasional emotif diimplementasikan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan perilaku adaptif siswa yang rendah khususnya pada siswa kelas XI MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Konseling behavioral teknik token ekonomi dan konseling rasional emotif merupakan suatu intervensi yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi dan menghilangkan permasalahan berupa perilaku maladaptif yang dilakukan siswa menggunakan kartu atau token dan mengubah cara berpikir siswa yang irasional menjadi irasional. Desain penelitian ini adalah “Quasi Eksperimen Design Nonequivalen dengan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design,” yaitu penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan dua kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol yang beranggotakan masing-masing 6 orang siswa. Pelaksanaan intervensi dilakukan sebanyak 8 kali pertemuan, dengan 1 kali pertemuan untuk melakukan asesmen dan pre-test, 6 kali pertemuan untuk sesi-sesi intervensi, dan 1 kali pertemuan untuk evaluasi dan post-test. Durasi setiap pertemuan kira-kira selama 1-2 jam. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah konseling behavioral teknik token ekonomi efektif untuk mengembangkan perilaku adaptif siswa kelas XI MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja?, Apakah konseling rasional emotif efektif untuk mengembangkan perilaku adaptif siswa kelas XI MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja, Apakah ada perbedaan efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik token ekonomi dan konseling rasional emotif untuk mengembangkan perilaku adaptif siswa kelas XI MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Berdasarkan observasi dan hasil yang didapat dari pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini diperoleh hipotesis 1 dan 2 diterima dan hipotesis 3 di tolakKata Kunci : Kata kunci:( Behavioral teknik token ekonomi, rasional emotif), perilaku adaptif
In this study, behavioral counseling techniques of economic token and emotional rational counseling are implemented with the aim to develop low student adaptive behavior especially in grade XI students MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Behavioral counseling of economic tocen techniques and emotional rational counseling is an intervention aimed at reducing and eliminating the problem of maladaptive behavior by students using cards or tocen and changing the way students think irrational becomes irrational. The design of this study was "Quasi Experimental Design Nonequivalent with Pretest Posttest Control Group Design," ie quasi experimental research using two experimental groups and one control group consisting of 6 students each. The intervention was conducted in 8 meetings, with 1 meeting for assessment and pre-test, 6 meetings for intervention sessions, and 1 meeting for evaluation and post-test. Duration of each meeting approximately for 1-2 hours. The problem formulation in this research is Is behavioral counseling technique effective economic token to develop adaptive behavior of class XI students MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja ?, Is emotive rational counseling effective to develop adaptive behavior of class XI students MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja, Is there Differences in effectiveness of behavioral counseling techniques of economic token and emotional rational counseling to develop adaptive behavior of grade XI students MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Based on the observations and the results obtained from testing the hypothesis of this study obtained hypothesis 1 and 2 accepted and hypothesis 3 in decline.
