Pengaruh Konseling Behavioral Dengan Teknik Modelling Dan Teknik Token Economy Untuk Meningkatkan Disiplin Belajar Siswa SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja

Dalam penelitian ini, konseling behavioral teknik token modelling dan konseling behavioral dengan teknik token ekonomy untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa pada siswa kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Konseling behavioral teknik modelling dan teknik token eonomy merupakan suatu intervensi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa menggunakan kartu atau token dan mengubah disiplin belajar siswa yang rendah. Desain penelitian ini adalah “Kuasi eksperimen menggunakan pretest-postest control group disaign,” yaitu penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan dua kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol yang beranggotakan masing-masing 8 orang siswa. Pelaksanaan intervensi dilakukan sebanyak 8 kali pertemuan, dengan 1 kali pertemuan untuk melakukan asesmen dan pre-test, 6 kali pertemuan untuk sesi-sesi intervensi, dan 1 kali pertemuan untuk evaluasi dan post-test. Durasi setiap pertemuan kira-kira selama 1-2 jam. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini Apakah terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja, Apakah terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik Token Economy untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja?, Apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara konseling behavioral teknik modelling dengan teknik token economy dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja? Berdasarkan observasi dan hasil yang didapat dari pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini diperoleh hipotesis 1, 2 dan 3 diterima.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, disiplin belajar, modeling, token ekonomy
In this research, technique technique counseling behavior of token modeling and counseling with technique of economic token to improve student learning discipline at student of class XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Behavioral counseling modeling techniques and eigen token techniques are interventions that are able to improve student learning discipline by using cards or tokens and changes in low student learning discipline. The design of this study was "Quasi experiments using pretest-posttest controlled experimental groups," ie experimental quasi experiments using two experimental groups and one control group consisting of 8 students, respectively. Interventions were conducted in 8 meetings, with 1 meeting for assessment and pre-test, 6 meetings for the intervention sessions, and 1 meeting for evaluation and post test. The duration of each meeting is approximately 1-2 hours. Problem formulation in this research Is there any influence of behavioral counseling with modeling technique to improve student learning discipline SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja, Is there influence of behavioral order with technique of Token Economy to improve discipline learn student SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja ?, Is there difference of influence between counseling technique of behavior modeling With economic token technique in improving student learning discipline SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja? Based on the observations and the results obtained from the experimental hypothesis of this study, hypotheses 1, 2 and 3 are accepted.
