Penerapan Konseling Kelompok Dengan Teknik Sosiodrama Untuk Meningkatkan Perilaku Sosial Bagi Siswa Multiculture kelas VIIA di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perilaku sosial siswa kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja melalui penerapan Konseling Kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling (Action Research in Counselling). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 8 orang siswa kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang memiliki perilaku sosial dengan kategori sedang yaitu 8%. Data perilaku sosial siswa dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan metode observasi untuk menyesuaikan hasil kuesioner dengan kenyataan di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perilaku sosial siswa dapat ditingkatkankan setelah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan menerapkan teknik sosiodrama. Persentase awal perilaku sosial sebelum tindakan yaitu yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Peningkatan persentase perilaku sosial yaitu dari 65% menjadi 70% peningkatannya adalah 5% pada siklus I, pada siklus II persentase peningkatan perilaku sosial yaitu dari 70% menjadi 83% dan peningkatannya 13% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik sosiodrama melalui layanan konseling kelompok dapat dilaksanakan dengan efektif untuk meningkatkan perilaku sosial pada siswa.Kata Kunci : Konseling kelompok, Perilaku sosial
This research aims to improve sosial behavior VIIA grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja start implementing the techniques of group counseling with sociodramas. This research includes the study of guidance and counseling action (action research in counseling). The subjects were 8 grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja VIIA school year 2013/2014 students who have social behavior were collected by questionnaire with the reality on the ground. Based on the survey results revealed that students social behavior can be derived after the given group counseling service by applying techniques sociodrama. The percentage of early social behavior before action is from 65% to 70% increase is 5% in the first cycle, the second cycle of the percentage increase in the social behavior of 70% to 83% and 13% improvement in cycle II. It can be concluded that the application of the technique sosiodramas through group counseling services can be implementedeffectively to improve social behavior in students.
