Efektivitas Konseling Cognitive Behavior Dengan Teknik Self-Management Untuk Meningkatkan Self Order Siswa

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mebuktikan efekvitas konseling cognitive behavior teknik self-management untuk meningkatkan self order siswa. Penelitian terogolong penelitian eksperimen dengan “pre-post control group design”. Penelitian bertempat di SMPN 3 Singaraja semua siswa kelas 8 dijadikan populasi penelitian. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara random yang didapatkan kelas 8 C dijadikan kelompok eksperimen dan kelas 8 D dijadikan kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah masing-masing 32 siswa. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan effect size dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SPSS Ver 21. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan perbedaan pre dan post self order siswa. Hasil uji Effect size thit >ttab maka 1.192>0.80 yang berarti Ha diterima dengan kategori sangat efektif.Downloads
