Relationship Of Academic Self Effication With Career Adaptability In Asrama School Students

This research aims to determine the relationship between academic self-efficacy and career adaptability to boarding school students. Hypothesis in this research is there is positive and significant correlation between academic self-efficacy with career adaptability in boarding school students. Research subjects amounted to 155 students obtained by proportional random sampling technique. The measuring instruments used are academic self-efficacy scale (27 a item, α = 0,865) and career adaptability (22 item, α = 0,865). Data analysis using Pearson's product moment technique. Correlation test result indicate the value r=0,479 with p=0,000 (p ˂ 0,05), means that there is a positive and significant relationship between academic self-efficacy variable and career adaptability variable in boarding school students.
