Metode Role Playing dalam Membantu Pencapaian Tugas Perkembangan Siswa

This research is motivated by the presence of students who have not achieved their developmental tasks in Class XI Tbsm SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Padang Pariaman. The objectives of the study were: 1) Overview of the profile of the achievement of student developmental tasks for students. 2) Implementation of group guidance by vocational school counseling teachers using the role playing method. 3) designing group guidance in helping the achievement of student development tasks using the role playing method. This type of research uses the mixed method. The population in the study was 31 students with 1 key informant and 2 additional informants. This research uses ITP and interviews. The results of this study reveal that: 1) The profile of the achievement of the developmental tasks of students in class XI SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang seen from the Development Task Inventory (ITP). 2) Students of SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang as a whole are at the individualistic level and there are still several aspects of student development that have not achieved the task of developing students properly. 3) The BKP service design model using the role playing method in facilitating the achievement of student development tasks seen from the research conducted at SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang, BK teachers have never provided BKP services using the role playing method, so the researcher hopes that the counseling teacher can apply it. the role playing method that the researcher designed at SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang. Researchers designed a group guidance service with a role playing method. The results of this study are recommended for counseling guidance teachers to be able to make innovations such as providing group guidance services with the role playing method in order to achieve student development tasks.
Abstrak:
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya siswa yang belum mencapai tugas perkembangannya di Kelas XI Tbsm SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Padang Pariaman. Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) Gambaran profil pencapaian tugas perkembangan siswa bagi siswa. 2) Pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok oleh guru BK SMK dengan metode role playing. 3) merancang bimbingan kelompok dalam membantu pencapaian tugas perkembangan siswa dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 siswa dengan 1 informan kunci dan 2 informan tambahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan ITP dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Profil ketercapaian tugas perkembangan siswa kelas XI SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang dilihat dari Inventarisasi Tugas Pengembangan (ITP). 2) Siswa SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang secara keseluruhan berada pada taraf individualistis dan masih terdapat beberapa aspek perkembangan siswa yang belum mencapai tugas pembinaan siswa dengan baik. 3) Model perancangan layanan BKP menggunakan metode role playing dalam memfasilitasi pencapaian tugas perkembangan siswa dilihat dari penelitian yang dilakukan di SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang, guru BK belum pernah memberikan layanan BKP dengan metode role playing, sehingga peneliti berharap bahwa guru konseling dapat menerapkannya. metode role playing yang peneliti rancang di SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang. Peneliti merancang layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode role playing. Hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan bagi guru bimbingan konseling untuk dapat melakukan inovasi seperti memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode role playing dalam rangka pencapaian tugas perkembangan siswa.
