EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING ANALISIS TRANSAKSIONAL DENGAN TEKNIK KURSI KOSONG UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMANDIRIAN DALAM MENGAMBIL KEPUTUSAN SISWA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling Analisis Transaksional dengan teknik Kursi Kosong untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dalam mengambil keputusan siswa kelas XI IB1 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner dan diuji dengan menggunakan statistic t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling Analisis Transaksional dengan teknik Kursi Kosong efektif untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dalam mengambil keputusan siswa, hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisis t-test yang menunjukkan nilai thitung > ttabel (26.243 > 3.182), N = 4 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%.Kata Kunci : Konseling Analisis Transaksional dan Kemandirian
The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of Transactional Analysis counseling with Empty Chair technique to increase independence in making decisions IB1 class XI student of SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. This research is a pre-experimental research design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The method of data collection which was used in this research was a questionnaire method and tested using t-test statistics. The result of this research indicate that Transactional Analysis counseling with Empty Chair effective to improve students’ independence in decision making, it is shown from the t-test analysis shows the value of tarithmetic > ttable (26,243 > 3,182), N = 4 with a significance level of 5%.
