EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING GESTALT DENGAN TEKNIK “SAYA BERTANGGUNG JAWAB ATAS….” UNTUK MENINGKATKAN TANGGUNG JAWAB AKADEMIK SISWA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling Gestalt dengan teknik “saya bertanggung jawab atas….” untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab akademik siswa kelas XI IA2 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner dan diuji dengan menggunakan statistic t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling Gestalt dengan teknik “saya bertanggung jawab atas….” efektif untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab akademik siswa, hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisis t-test yang menunjukkan nilai thitung > ttabel (15,6 > 3,182), N= 4 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%.Kata Kunci : Konseling Gestalt, tanggung jawab akademik.
The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of Gestalt counseling with “I am responsible on….” technique to improve student’s academical responsibility at XI IA2 student of SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. This research is a pre-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The method of collecting data which was used in this research was questionnaire method and tested using t-test statistic. The result of this research indicate that the Gestalt counseling with “I am responsible on….” technique is effective to improve student responsibility, it is shown from t-test analysis which shows the value of tarithmetic > ttable (15,6 > 3,182), N= 4, with a significance level of 5%.
