PENGARUH KONSELING KELOMPOK DENGAN PELATIHAN TUTOR SEBAYA TERHADAP KEPEMIMPINAN SISWA PESERTA SMANSA COUNSELING CLUB (SCC) DI SMA NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan pelatihan tutor sebaya terhadap kepemimpinan siswa peserta Smansa Counseling Club (SCC) di SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian One-Shot Case Study Design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 7 orang siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode “simple random sampling” yaitu dengan melakukan lotre (undian) bilangan random berdasarkan nomor absen siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler smansa counseling club (SCC) tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dilengkapi observasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistic t-test yang dibandingkan dengan (μ) berdasarkan Criterium Reference (CR). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan pelatihan tutor sebaya berpengaruh terhadap kepemimpinan siswa peserta smansa counseling club (SCC) di SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja. Ini terlihat dari hasil analisis t-hitung = 23,77 dan t-tabel dengan df (db) = 6 dan taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 1,943, sehingga diperoleh perbandingan t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (23,77 > 1,943). Jadi hipotesis nol (0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yang berbunyi “Konseling Kelompok dengan Pelatihan Tutor Sebaya Berpengaruh Terhadap Kepemimpinan Siswa Peserta Smansa Counseling Club (SCC) Di SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014” diterima. Dari hasil penelitian diharapkan siswa dapat terus mengembangkan sikap kepemimpinan sehingga bermanfaat bagi dirinya dan bagi orang lain.Kata Kunci : konseling kelompok, tutor sebaya, kepemimpinan
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of group counseling in peer tutors training for student leadership who participating Smansa Counseling Club (SCC) in Sma Negeri 1 Singaraja year 2014. This research is an experimental research with One-Shot Case Study Design. The sample of this research was 7 students. Sampling was done by the method of "simple random sampling" is to conduct a lottery random numbers based on the number of students absent extracurricular participants Smansa Counseling Club (SCC) 2014. Data collection methods include observation using a questionnaire. Results were analyzed by analysis techniques statistic t-test compared with the (μ) based Criterium Reference (CR). Based on the analysis, it was found that group counseling with peer tutor training effect on student leadership smansacounselingclub participants (SCC) in SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja. This is evident from the results analisist-count = 23.77 and t-table with df (db) = 6 and 5% significance level is 1.943, so the comparison t-test is greater than t-table (23.77> 1.943). So the null hypothesis (0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that reads "Group Counseling with Peer Tutor Training Student Leadership Against Influential Participants Smansa Counseling Club (SCC) in SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja Academic Year 2013/2014" is received. From the research, students are expected to continue to develop leadership attitude that is useful for itself and for other people.
