PENERAPAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MEMINIMALISIR PERILAKU BULLYING PADA SISWA KELAS XI IPS 2 DI SMA NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (Action Research in Counseling) yang bertujuan untuk meminimalisir perilaku bullying siswa yang tinggi menggunakan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling. Subyek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 orang siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang memiliki perilaku bullying yang tinggi. Data tersebut diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dari pra siklus sampai siklus II. Metode observasi dan evaluasi digunakan sebagai metode yang mendukung data primer tersebut. Data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner yang diperoleh dari responden dikumpulkan dan diolah dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi penurunan perilaku bullying siswa Kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian siklus I maupun siklus II. Pada siklus I diketahui presentase awal 76,45% menurun menjadi 62,5%. Data tersebut menunjukkkan terjadi penurunan sebesar 13,95%, sedangkan pada siklus II diketahui presentase siklus I adalah 62,5% menjadi 52,78%. Data tersebut menunjukkan penurunan 9,72% dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dapat meminimalisir perilaku bullying pada siswa kelas XI IPS 2 di SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja.

This study is an Action Research in Counseling, which was aimed at minimalizing the high behavior of bullying of the students by using behavioral counseling with modeling technique. The subject of this study was 8 high bullying students of class XI. IPS 2 of SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja in academic year 2013/2014. The data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaire from preliminary cycle to second cycle. Observation and evaluation methods were used as supporting methods of the primary data. The primary data in the form of questionnaire was obtained from the respondents and further analyzed by using descriptive analysis technique. The study discovered the decreasing bullying behavior of the students of class XI. IPS 2 of SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja in academic year 2013/2014. It could be observed from the result of first cycle as well as second cycle. In the first cycle, it was known that the initial percentage as much as 76.45% and decreasingly turn into 62.5%. That data showed the decreasing action as much as 13.95%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, it was known that the percentage of first cycle, which was 62.5%, decreasingly turn into 52.78%. That data indicated the decreasing 9.72% from first cycle to second cycle. The result of this study indicated that the implementation of behavioral counseling with modeling technique could minimalize the bullying behavior of the students of class XI. IPS 2 of SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja.
